Moving on with TeeShirt Nut

You can see by the picture below, that the content has come along nicely, but there are still some formatting issues that need to take place. What you are seeing below is the before picture. As you'll notice the formatting is way off when it comes to comments.

 

This is what happens once you format the comment form and pull in the "Gravatar" for the person that left you a comment. Notice that I've done a few things here.

 

1. I check to see if any comments for this post exist. If they do I loop through the ones that are designated ready for the site and display them
2. When I display a comment, I check to see if this commenter has a gravatar. If they do I display it, if not, I put up an image that shows it doesn't exist.
3. If no comment exists I simply tell the user to get it going and write the very first comment.
4. In all cases, after the comments have been displayed I display for the comment form if comments are still enabled.

That's pretty much it for today. Now that the blog is styled for the most part and ready to rock, it's time to move on to our shirt display. That means we need to create a model for storing the required information, and then putting it back into the site in some stylish way.

As we did for the blog, we'll create some dummy content for shirts, then move to creating the data model.

That's all going to be accomplished next time.
